Eligibility for a Refund
To qualify for a refund, you must:
- Use the product as directed for at least 15 days.
- Submit your refund request within 15 days after completing the 15-day usage period.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the product bottle.
- Return the used bottle (even if opened) to the address provided by our support team, if requested.
